GENERAL RULES & DISCLAIMERS
By attending BFF, attendees understand and accept to abide by the rules and regulations set by the venue and convention management. Management reserves the right to remove any violators from the convention premises.
The BFF heads decisions are final and rules are subject to changes without notice
Any actions or behaviors that cause discomfort to any individual such as causing drama, purposely provoking fights etc. (This rule applies to the following but limited to attendees, organizers, boothers, etc.), damage to the event venue, or disruption to the duties of any official BFF staff or volunteer will result in a permanent ban from attending the convention
Be mindful and act appropriately within the venue. Any form of vandalizing and stealing is not allowed, those convicted will be dealt with accordingly.
We discourage any 18+ or nsfw behaviour within the con spaces as the con is PG-16.
We will not tolerate any form of harassment. The event harbors mutual respect to each attendees, volunteers, staff and the organizers.
Always ask for consent when interacting physically with someone in the event (i.e hugging, touching,head pats, face touching, etc.)
We encourage everyone to be honest and report any items found to our lost and found. The con will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that happens during the event.
Attendees are required to wear con badges at all times. Access will be denied to anyone unable to present a badge. Anyone caught sharing or tampering a badge will be removed from the premises along with their accomplice.
Attendees are required to show proof of purchase to be admitted if their badge to enter is lost, or damaged.
If an attendee causes damage to the convention premises they are immediately liable and chargeable to the damages they incur.
HYGIENE & FOOD POLICIES
If the security deem your fursuit/cosplay as unhygienic, we have the right to escort you out of the premises.
Attendees are allowed to bring outside food. Please be advised to practice CLAYGO: Clean as you go.
LOST AND FOUND
The convention will not be held liable or responsible for any item that is lost during the event.
During the event of the convention a lost and found section will be open to assist.
The lost and found is a courtesy and not a mandatory service.
Attendees who have lost their items must be the one to report and pick up their items.
After the Lost and found booth has closed, the convention will no longer entertain any lost and found inquiries. Attendees who wish to receive assistance will be directed to the venue help desk for any other concerns.
DEALERS CODE OF CONDUCT
BFF Team reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any product or item(s) that are deemed inappropriate, illegal, unsafe, or a risk to health or in breach of these terms and conditions stated here.
Dealers maintain sole responsibility and liability to monitor, manage and secure their valuables and stock at all times.
Items left in the Dealer’s Den are at your own risk
Dealers are required to purchase a convention ticket. This does not guarantee a slot in the Den.
Please ensure that your booth is clean at the end of each day.
Please do not use speakers to play loud music or sounds that may disturb your fellow boothers.
Dealers may not use wall space for hanging posters or other items
Due to both fire code and accessibility guidelines, your display must not intrude on other dealers’ booths, or obstruct the aisles through the Dealer Den. All displays are to be secured and must not pose a tripping or falling hazard.
If you plan to bring anything that may be in a grey area regarding these rules, please contact us in advance for approval on specific items. If you do not, we will make our decision during the convention and the offending product may not be put on sale.
There can be no items for sale or display (publicly or otherwise) at the convention which violate any of the following:
Items that violate Philippine Law. This includes (but is not limited to) firearms, sharpened blades, drugs (illegal or otherwise), items that promote hate speech, and illegal/contraband items.

Items that violate copyright law. All items you sell must either depict original characters, fall under Fair Use, or be a licensed item (e.g. official merchandise). This includes (but is not limited to) items/services that infringes on copyrights, counterfeit goods, and so on.
Food, beverages, and other consumable items.
Items that pose a danger if put on display (e.g. sharp objects, tripping hazards).
Items that feature excessive violence and cruelty.
Discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive items.
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs)
Materials or goods deemed offensive or unhygienic by the organisers.
REFUND POLICY
All payments for registrations are non-refundable
DRESS CODE & DECENCY
As this event is PG-16 we ask that attendees avoid wearing things they would deem inappropriate to be worn on/with/around a minor. This includes but isn’t limited to:
adult themed/targeted clothing
clothing that is very revealing
Fetish-related (sexually explicit, gory, violence-related, etc.)
Exposure of under garments
As there are different types and definitions of clothing, there isn’t a defined definition of clothing or accessories related to "for adults" entirely. If you are unsure about your clothing, please contact us in our discord server via a ticket or under Q and A or email us at XXXX
Collars and harnesses are allowed as long as they aren’t used in a sexually explicit manner publicly (i.e. pulling/being pulled on, inappropriate mannerisms involving it, etc.).
Leashes are allowed as long as it doesn’t bring anyone or the wearer any discomfort. The person wearing the leash must be holding the leash at all times as someone else holding the leash is not allowed.
FURSUIT LOUNGE
The taking of photos or videos inside or of the fursuit lounge is strictly prohibited as this is a private space for people to take their fursuits off.
Fursuiters are allowed to change their clothes inside as long as their body is covered from those around them.
The fursuit lounge is only allowed for fursuiters and their handlers. Non-suiters and non-handlers are not allowed to use the fursuit lounge as a resting area as we have other resting areas provided in the con space
You are required to register your fursuit if you wish to stay and use the fursuit lounge. Please note that the fursuit lounge can only hold a certain number of individuals at a time so as much as possible, try not to stay inside the whole event as we don’t want it to get crowded and uncomfortable for others.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
Anyone under the influence / intoxicated are not allowed to attend the event. This includes bringing any illicit substances.
Alcohol and non-prescription drugs are not allowed within the event.
WEAPONS POLICY
Weapons, firearms or any weapon that may contain ammunition or do permanent damage is not allowed within or near the con premises. This includes but isn’t limited to nerf, airsoft guns/machinery, brass knuckles, sharpened knives/swords, etc.)
Any prop weapon brought within the venue will need to be checked by security. Any ammunition found in any firearm brought, will be confiscated and given back at the end of the event.
Upon refusal to admit any weapon/prop to security, the attendee can be refused entry or be evicted from the premises
PETS POLICY
Pet policies would depend on the venue rules and policies.
MINOR POLICY
Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian within the con space at all times. We will not be held responsible for anything regarding an unsupervised or unattended minor attendee. Both parties must have purchase con badges to enter the con space
VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
If an attendee/staff or volunteer comes to us and informs us that an individual has taken a photo of them without asking for their consent first, we have the right to have the photo deleted. We will give the individual a warning but if they proceed to take pictures without the person's consent we reserve the right to escort them out of the premises.
Some areas (such as the bathroom, fursuit lounge and staff lounge) prohibit photo and video taking as these areas are counted as private spaces. Violating this will have you escorted out and give you an immediate ban from the event.
Event-wide pictures and videos (with the intent of showing only the event) are allowed
If attendees wish to take photos with or of individuals in the event, it is required to ask for their consent before taking their photo.
PRIVACY POLICY
BFF will require you to present personal data, such as but isn’t limited to:
Legal name, general address (city, province/state), Phil TIN (if applicable), and email address during online ticket registration as required by the Phil tax authority.
showing your ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification to complete the onsite registration. No personal data will be kept or stored, this is simply for verification processes
BFF will not have access to third party applications (such as payment gateways) that might require you to provide your personal information
